What I love about the Katapult company…

I have never received my product…

I have never received my product despite having paid into it for weeks. If anything, I should be refunded for paying for a product and not receiving it!

Nice company

I called Katapult twice for different issues I had. The first time was to change the delivery address. They were very polite and told me just what I had to do. Usually, I have to send a copy of my ID when I change the delivery address that is different from the billing address. With Katapult I had to send them a copy of my ID to do the opposite. The next time I called them was for billing. I had to change my billing date. Again customer service was very polite and helpful. I get paid monthly, but my payments are due every 2 weeks. I couldn't change that, but I was told I could make double payments, so I only have to pay once a month. This is my first lease with Katapult. I'm going to try and pay this lease off as soon as possible. If everything goes as smoothly as it's going now, I'm hoping to do another lease.

I placed an order with Wayfair and the…

I placed an order with Wayfair and the order has been missing for a week and a half. FedEX says the order went back to Wayfair and Wayfair says that they cannot do ANYTHING until 4 days pass by. Katapult paid for this order and should be keeping tabs on what is going on with the order. Apparently, they are not because they were like your payment is due, which I will pay, because I cannot cancel until 4 days have passed....

The virtual card didn’t work

The virtual card didn’t work. I made you aware immediately. Today is day 7. My first payment hasn’t been refunded. I’ve now been charged a second payment. Your customer service tells me I can’t cancel the Best Buy order because you are waiting on fund to be returned for a card purchase that was denied !?
