Nice company
I called Katapult twice for different issues I had. The first time was to change the delivery address. They were very polite and told me just what I had to do. Usually, I have to send a copy of my ID when I change the delivery address that is different from the billing address. With Katapult I had to send them a copy of my ID to do the opposite. The next time I called them was for billing. I had to change my billing date. Again customer service was very polite and helpful. I get paid monthly, but my payments are due every 2 weeks. I couldn't change that, but I was told I could make double payments, so I only have to pay once a month. This is my first lease with Katapult. I'm going to try and pay this lease off as soon as possible. If everything goes as smoothly as it's going now, I'm hoping to do another lease.
